1. Digital Subscription Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of subscription plans.
  • You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that you have used less than 20% of the course or lesson content.
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, use the Contact Us page or email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If you request a refund after 7 days from the initial payment
  • If more than 20% of the content has been accessed or completed
  • For failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • For technical issues that are beyond our control (e.g., internet outages)

4. Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are handled securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Any refund granted will be issued to the original payment method.
